Terms of Service

By using TrackTender (GSTIN 24DTUPS4743C1ZB, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India — "TrackTender", "we"), you agree to these terms.

The service

TrackTender monitors public tender sources and delivers matching alerts to your chosen channels. We aim for speed and accuracy but do not guarantee that every tender will be captured or delivered without delay.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and preference information.
• Verify tender details on the official portal before bidding.
• Use alerts for your own business; do not resell the feed without consent.

No bidding advice

Alerts are informational. TrackTender is not responsible for bid outcomes, missed deadlines, or decisions made based on the notifications.

Plans & payment

• Pay-once: you pay in advance for one month (₹300 list; a discounted first month may apply for new customers) or one year (₹3,060 list). There is no auto-debit; access ends when the paid period ends, and we send renewal reminders on your connected channel.
• Auto-pay: an optional recurring mandate (UPI Autopay or card via Razorpay) that renews monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime from your dashboard, effective at the end of the period already paid.
• Team seats: an owner on auto-pay is billed per added seat; teammates of pay-once owners pay for their own plan. The applicable mode is shown before any invite is created.
• All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST. A GST tax invoice is issued for every payment; add your GSTIN in the dashboard for input tax credit.

Cancellation & refunds

See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In short: pay-once plans never auto-debit; auto-pay can be cancelled anytime effective at period end; refund requests within 7 days of a charge are honoured per the policy, with full refunds ending access and carrying a GST credit note.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Changes

We may update these terms and will reflect the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
