Pricing questions

How does the ₹1/day trial work?

Your first month on Starter is ₹30 for new customers — billed once, which is ₹1 a day for the full plan. The FIRST30 price applies automatically at checkout. After that it is ₹300 a month.

Will I be charged automatically?

Only if you choose to. The default is pay-once: you pay for 30 days (or a year), there is no auto-debit, and we remind you on Telegram or WhatsApp before it ends. Prefer hands-off? Switch on auto-pay (UPI Autopay or card) at checkout instead — it renews itself and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly?

Same plan, cheaper per month. Yearly bills once at ₹3,060 — a flat 15% off, so it works out to about ₹255 a month instead of ₹300.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Every payment raises a GST tax invoice automatically — add your GSTIN at checkout (or later in your dashboard) and it prints on the invoice for input tax credit.

What is your refund policy?

Auto-pay can be cancelled anytime from the dashboard, effective at the end of the paid period, and pay-once simply lapses. For refunds, see our Cancellation & Refund policy — write to hello@tracktender.com within 7 days of a charge and we will make it right.

When is Pro available?

Pro is rolling out next, with more states and categories, email alerts, matched products and deadline reminders. Start on the trial pack now and you can upgrade in place when it lands.

Is there a free version?

No. Alerts move real money decisions, so every plan is paid. The ₹1/day trial keeps the entry low so you can judge it on real tenders.
