Cancellation & Refund Policy

TrackTender is a paid alert service. We keep money matters simple and honest: you always know what you paid for, when it ends, and how to stop or reverse it.
Cancelling
- Pay-once plans (one month or one year, billed once) have no auto-debit. There is nothing to cancel — your access simply runs to the end of the period you paid for, and we remind you before it ends. If you do nothing, no further money is ever taken.
- Auto-pay plans (UPI Autopay or card mandate) can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard in one tap. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep every alert until then, and no further charges are made.
Refunds
If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a payment for a service you could not use, or the product simply did not work for you in the first week — write to hello@tracktender.com from the email or number on your account, within 7 days of the charge. Include the payment reference (it is on your invoice). We reply within one business day.
- Full refunds return the entire amount to your original payment method via Razorpay. Access ends when the refund is processed, and a GST credit note is issued against your tax invoice automatically.
- Partial refunds (for example a goodwill adjustment) do not interrupt your access; a proportional GST credit note is issued.
- Refunds typically reach your bank or UPI account within 5–7 business days of being processed, per your bank's timelines.
Beyond the 7-day window, periods already served are non-refundable — but talk to us anyway; if we got something wrong, we will make it right.
Duplicate or failed payments
If money left your account but your plan did not activate, do not pay again — Razorpay auto-reverses failed captures, and we reconcile every payment against its webhook. Write to us with the payment reference and we will either activate your plan or refund the charge in full.
